If you add a logo & publish it, WordPress automatically creates an ID. Here, 265 (Volicity) is the logo ID.
We have a few other IDs like 266 (Tvit), 267 (Treva), 268 (Towers), & 269 (Solaytic).
- Now if we set the Query – Order: DESC & Order By: Logo ID
- Last published logo will display first as per ID like –
- 269 (Solaytic), 268 (Towers), 267 (Treva), 266 (Tvit), & 265 (Volicity)
- Now if we change the Query to ASC order—Order: ASC & order By: Logo ID
- Logos will display as per ID in ascending order
- 265 (Volicity), 266 (Tvit), 267 (Treva), 268 (Towers), & 269 (Solaytic)
Display Logos in Alphabetical Order
1. For Alphabetical Order, create/edit the Shortcode
- Go to GS Logo > Logo Shortcode
- Create/Edit Shortcode
- Go to Query (3rd tab)
- Set Order: ASC (From Dropdown). ASC/DESC may be set to your liking
- Set Order By: Logo Name (From Dropdown)
If you change the query order to descending, it’ll reverse the alphabetical sequence (Z-A).
2. Save the Shortcode, and you’re done
Display Logos as per Published Date
To Display Logos as per Published Date, create/edit the Shortcode
- Go to GS Logo > Logo Shortcode
- Create/Edit Shortcode
- Go to Query (3rd tab)
- Set Order: DESC (From Dropdown). ASC/DESC may be set to your liking
- Set Order By: Date (From Dropdown)

To display logos at random, create or edit the Shortcode. On page load, logos will be shown at random.
